HSE Policy


Al Haditha Energy SAOC is dedicated to fostering a health and safety culture within its operations. We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and all stakeholders involved in our business activities. The Company shall implement and maintain all necessary measures to safeguard individuals, assets, and the environment, and to uphold the Company’s reputation. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect these interests and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and standards.
Al Haditha Energy is committed to the principle that all work-related injuries, illnesses, damages to assets, and adverse environmental impacts are preventable. In order to fulfill this intention, Al Haditha Energy commits to:
- Comply with all applicable Oman Laws, obligations, legislation, and Client HSE Standards.
- Demonstrate effective work procedures to comply with standard requirement I.e. ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
- Provide suitable welfare and wellbeing measures to all direct and indirect employees. Our objective is to reduce mental stress and maintain a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) mindset across the organization.
- Proactively work to continuously improve health, safety, and environmental performance across Al Haditha operations through audits and by learning from incidents
- Provide employees with education, training, resources, and systems to minimize occupational health, safety, and environmental risks to the lowest level reasonably practicable.
- Assessing risks associated with all activities to minimize operational impacts, enhance safety culture, and prevent related incidents
- Establish HSE parameters and KPIs, with regular review and analysis, to enhance overall compliance and achieve our target of GOAL ZERO.
- Empowering all employees to stop any work when it deemed unsafe.
