Al Haditha Energy S.A.O.C. (HDE) proudly maintains a long-standing, continuous partnership with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) since 2012. Our flagship Off-Plot Delivery Contract – Lekhwair (C3100000180) focuses on PDO’s North Oman concession areas, primarily the Lekhwair field. This contract showcases HDE’s capability to deliver end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Management Services (EPC-CMM) across essential oil and gas infrastructure. The project scope includes the design and construction of well pads, roads, flowlines, pipelines, well hook-ups, MSVs, electrical networks, and solar power systems. Operating under stringent HSE and quality standards, HDE provides a fully integrated delivery approach from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through to final handover, ensuring compliance with PDO’s digital systems (SAP/CIMS) and upholding key performance indicators for cost efficiency and schedule reliability.
