The scope of work covers several critical activities related to flowline replacement, rig location preparation, and construction. This includes leak repairs, header replacements, and the integrity management of various flowlines such as oil and gas producers, gas lift, water injection, and high-pressure, high-H2S flowlines. These flowlines are made from materials like carbon steel, PE-lined carbon steel, and those with internal coatings, using Positive Seal Couplings (PSC) systems for repairs. Rig location preparation involves all construction work related to setting up rig sites and access roads.

Additionally, the project includes sourcing materials for flowline replacement through PDO’s SAP system, with strict access controls. Construction tasks involve replacing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning integrity flowlines, hook-ups, and associated utilities like electrical and instrumentation. Support services include providing necessary equipment, scaffolding, tools, management support, training, logistics, work planning, and interface management with PDO and other contractors. These services also cover cost estimating, control, subcontract management, and reporting.
