Omanization
Al Haditha ensures that Omani employees are recruited and developed to gradually move up the career ladder after gaining the experience to take higher roles. Our Omanization level has reached 60% Overall, with 75% of Top Management Positions Omanized in 11 years, especially in an expat-dependent Oil and gas construction industry and more than 1091 Omani Direct employees.

OJT - for young Omanis
Al Haditha is committed to recruiting Omani candidates across various job categories, aiming to transform them into front-runners at every level. Al Haditha actively engages young Omanis in skilled training and development, having trained and absorbed over 150 employees under its direct payroll. Additionally, more than 200 trainees have been trained on the job as part of our support to PDO. Our targeted training methods focus on technical skills, positioning trainees directly into skilled worker and supervisory roles.

Promoting and Developing LCC
Al Haditha is committed to delivering long term economic and social benefits for Local Community Contractors (LCC). Our sub-contracting processes encourage the participation of the local community, boost both the workforce development and social investment. They also allow us to deliver commercial benefits for our business while supporting and developing our local communities simultaneously. Al Haditha has successfully affiliated with more than 80 LCCs, primarily involving communities from the northern concession areas. Over the past four years, the company contracted, managed and executed sub-contracting projects worth more than US$ 20 million. With the support of sub-contractors and LCC companies, our overall resource capacity exceeded 2500 employees.
